If you’re a copywriter, you probably end up reading a hell of a lot.
Not just copywriting books and other professional education but, of course, products that you’re writing copy for.
I’ve mentioned before the excellent program “Rapid Reader” that can, literally, turn you into a faster reader instantly.
If you’re like me, you may also listen to a lot of audio programs…
…Even if I have transcripts of the audios, I usually like to listen to them as well.
Because taking in the information in different ways improves comprehension and learning.
Anyway, on most audio players, like Windows Media for example, you can increase the speed at which the track is playing.
If it’s normal speech (such as an interview or the author talking through the material) then the faster speed doesn’t make any real difference to the listenability.
And, of course, it means you get through the audio quicker.
Give it a try. I think you’ll find it saves you a fair amount of time.
