At this time of year, it’s only natural to look forward and set out goals and objectives for the year.

My suggestion is that it’s well worth looking at all of these…

…but once you’ve done that, pick ONE system or approach and stick with that.

It’s follow through and consistency that will get you the results you want.  Avoid the trap of trying to follow multiple systems (no matter how good they are) and ending up confused and not getting much done.
